The modern and comfortable accommodation is situated in a very accessible part of Braunton along Exeter Rd with a good choice of shops and pubs just a 5 minute walk away.
5 miles from the main town centre of Barnstaple, 2 miles from Saunton Sands Beach, Golf course and Braunton Burrows with it's 7000 acres of Biosphere, inhabiting over a hundred species of flowers and plants. A place to ramble, enjoy the views and have fun up and down the sand dunes.
North Devon evolves in beautiful countryside and breath taking costal views. Within 1/2 hrs drive you can be in the heart of Exmoor . A place of tranquillity, interest and wildlife. Moor upon moor bordered with streams and springs. Running wild are the Exmoor ponies and Deer.
A rare sight not to be missed.
